*All reservations must be picked up from our Miramar Beach location anytime after 930am. PLEASE NOTE: Okaloosa Island/Fort Walton Beach is delivery ONLY

 

*All of our golf carts come in either gas or electric and will come complete will a full tank of gas or with the charging cord plus a 100ft extension cord if needed for you electrical outlet. The cart can be charged by plugging in at your rental location or by returning to the main office to a designated charging station at 79 Scenic Gulf Drive.

*All carts must be returned the day following your reservation unless booked as s multi-day rental by 9am the next morning. Carts must be returned by 9am the next day regardless of your actual pick up time. Late returns will be charged for an additional day NO EXCEPTIONS.

*All drivers must be 21 years of age or older and provide a valid driver's license, Valid auto insurance and a credit card to be placed on file for any damages or overages. The renter's auto insurance is primary for liability and damages.

*Carts are legal on streets marked 35 MPH or less. Carts are registered as a motor vehicle and all the rules of the road apply.

*Carts are prohibited from being rented inside the Sandestin Resort, Seaside, Destin Pointe, Watercolor, Destiny by the Sea, Maravilla, Destiny West and Grand Caribbean that we know of but please check with you property manger to verify that carts are allowed and again Please check with the property manager of your vacation home or condo before booking. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR THIS MATTER, FOR NO SHOWS, BAD WEATHER/RAIN DELAYS, FLIGHT DELAYS or PROPERTY MANAGMENT ISSUES.
